Contemporary Dance Technique Workshop Content

I propose a technical class focusing on sensing the weight of the body parts andengaging the spine with the movement and other parts of the body. The class will include floor and center work exploring the travel and efficiency in themovement. Become aware of soft/fluent movement as well as fast and acrobaticcombinations. Work on expansion, release, spiral and dynamic movement sequences.
